Because Maison Cistus is the ideal place to reconnect with yourself and the great outdoors, we have provided yoga mats /strong>, a Tibetan bowl and a small selection of inspiring books in each of our accommodations.
Private Yoga Class
Do you practice yoga or would you like to take advantage of these few days with us to get started? We offer, at an additional cost, private classes in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Vinyasa or Yin Yoga.
€80 for 1 hour of yoga alone or in pairs. Classes possible in French, English and Spanish.
Meditation alone or guided
Inhale - Exhale - you are at the heart of vibrant Nature! Take advantage of your stay to try out meditation in the great outdoors. The paradise garden is the perfect place to connect with yourself and calm the mind.
If you prefer to be guided, we offer meditation sessions on your private terrace or in the heart of the garden: a few gentle yoga postures to allow the energy to rise without blockage , pranayamas (conscious breathing) to reduce the agitation of the mind followed by meditation in nature.
€80 for 1 hour (for 1 or 2 people). Meditation session possible in French, English and Spanish.
Well-being treatments
Opt for a tailor-made massage for deep relaxation and a feeling of total well-being...
We offer, at an additional cost, different types of massages:
- Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue or Californian Massage with Dean (in French and English)
- Balinese Massage, Tui Na Corps or Californian with Julie
- Ko Bi Do facial treatment or Tui Na Visage with Julie
